Finally, a Hub!

After years of being too lazy to add one, we finally have an official hub!

This change isn't really going to change the way you play the game, but it does allow us to be more of a professional and more user-friendly server to new players.

It also fixes some of the problems that we usually have:

• Prevents Spawn lag players with poor computers on first join (At-least we'll inform them first!)
