A Quick Fix: Removing Autorank

We've decided that AR hasn't been working out for us. It's more hassle then manually promoting players and it's not helping us grow the community either.

So, as a quick fix, we're going to remove AR. Mods & Ambassadors will promote new players like the old way, when they build a house.

For every other rank, we'll keep on hold until we figure out how we'll work with this new rank system.
