Idea for an update

I feel that people are able to buy their towns for dirt cheap. If someone joins and says "Hey how is it to make your own town?" And someone tells them. All they have to do is go and create a town without little effort. If their town isn't successful (Not many people join or etc.) they either leave the server or they struggle to get people to join by offering them money or rank (town rank) or etc.

I feel that people who are online a lot and talk to everyone get people to join their town...
