Mute/Mute appeal section suggestion

Based on this Mute appeal in the ban appeal section here: http://craftblock.co/threads/my-being-muted.16343/

I think it would be more efficient if there was a mute and mute appeal section for temporary and permanent mute bans that are not bans from playing on the server while permanently or temporarily muted.

I know it has a decent chance of not being approved but hey if it is it would make it easier to appeal mutes that are not full on server bans
