Negative XP

Ever since I rejoined CB about a week ago, my xp bar has been broken. In the image you'll see I have no xp bar at all, and I am actually level -378. I cannot enchant or use signs that swap xp for tokens. I've been trying to ask for staff help to get it settled but I have been mostly ignored except one mod who tried, then gave up.
