This may not be my place to suggest this but being a long-time CB member. I can honestly say this is about the lowest I've seen the Population for CB. I'm going to say its due to Advertising and non-updated previous Ads already placed out there.
What I am suggesting is you need more Advertisements, Voting sites are nice but once again is not the only source to attracting players.
Also the need for more constant players.
To fix this it would be best to get more Ambassadors.
