NanoBlock Modpack Rotations - Explanation & Feedback please!

Well I been looking more into this NanoBlock RNG idea, and looking at how other games do RNG as well, and after a lot of damn research, I'm really feeling like this would be a positive and healthy step for us:

• The gist is that we'll try a different modpack every 2 weeks to 4 weeks (A total of one month)
