Pixel Art removal

Hi there,

I'm one of the owners you could say of the town called "TheStrawberryPatch", If someone could help us with and issue we would be very grateful. We are having an issue with a user who has created a giant pixel art image that is in our town. We had asked the users if they could move as a Trial Mod instructed us to but the user didn't move it at all.

We would love it if someone could remove the Pixel art from the area as it is very close to our town and in our way for our future...
